Morning Gatherings (11:00 AM - 3:00 PM)

Kick off your event with a bright start! Perfect for community brunches, casual networking events, and daytime fundraisers. Enjoy access to our vibrant venue, including full seating, AV capabilities, and the self-pour beer wall.

Evening Events
(4:00 PM - 8:00 PM)

Set the stage for an unforgettable evening. Ideal for community dinners, cocktail receptions, or themed events. This shift includes dedicated staff support, customizable seating layouts, and access to our beer wall and AV systems.

Late-Night Celebrations
(9:00 PM - 1:00 AM)

 Take the party into the night! Whether it’s a Latin night,

DJ-led event, or fundraiser, this prime-time slot offers the full Tempe Eats experience. Includes full access to our AV setup, bar services, and a vibrant atmosphere.

What’s Included With Every Shift

  • Venue Access: Spacious indoor/outdoor seating and customizable layouts.

  • AV Capabilities: Use of video wall, TVs, and audio system for entertainment or presentations.

  • Beer Wall Access: Self-pour beer wall for a unique, interactive experience.

  • Setup and Cleanup Support: 30 minutes of setup time included before your shift.

  • Bar Service: Beer and wine server included (cocktail bartender not included).

Add-Ons for Custom Events

• Bartender Service: $250 for a cocktail bartender (beer and wine service included).

 

Entertainment:

• DJ: $250

• Karaoke: $150

• Musical Bingo: $150

• Décor Enhancements: Starting at $75.

• Extended Time: Additional hours available for an extra fee.
